We will assist you in making your function as easy as possible, but please note:

All 21st parties must have organised Security Guards and require a bond of $200 which will be refunded in full if no damage has occurred.

Any damage occurring at or around the premises will be made good by the Hiree.

You are responsible for set up and clean up to be arranged at time of booking. 

The premises are SMOKEFREE.

The use of Drugs and Unauthorised alcohol on or around the premises will not be tolerated.  

The premises are licensed for the sale of liquor until 1am
